  • Redeeming offers

As a welcome courtesy, all customers are eligible for a 20% discount on one cart. To redeem this offer, shop as usual and enter the coupon code HANDMADE in the appropriate case that is clearly indicated on the checkout page. This coupon may be redeemed the first time you shop Latitudes, or anytime that is more convenient for you. But it's only a one-time-use coupon. Don't miss out!

All returning customers also qualify for a 10% discount. The code will be sent to your e-mail after your first purchase has been completed.


  • Placing an order

  • Are Taxes and customs fees included?  

Taxes are not included in the displayed prices and are paid at checkout. They are calculated automatically depending on the current tax policy for your location. Unfortunately, Latitudes is not responsible for the customs treatment of any purchased article, or customs fees incurred.                                                            


  • Forms of payment accepted?

Latitudes World Décor accepts on its website, payments by major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as electronic payment platforms such as Paypal and GooglePay.


  • Canceling an order

Any order which has not been shipped may be cancelled with no charge whatsoever. If the order has shipped, please refer to the return instructions as stated above. For any additional details about your case, please feel free to contact us anytime at: latitudesdecor@gmail.com



  • Production and Shipping

  • Production Delays

All Arts and Crafts are shipped within a production delay from 24 hours up to a week. You will be advised of any further delay.

If otherwise, it will be mentionned in the product description.


    • Shipping Delays

    Will depend upon which shipping mode you choose. We ship our packages via Canada Posts services.

    Average shipping delays are:

    Standard 5-8 jours 4-12 semaines
    Expedited Parcel 4-7 jours
    XPress Post 2-3 jours 4-7 jours
    Priority Before 10h30 next morning 2-3 jours


    • Tracking an order

    Latitudes Décor offers standard shipping rates on all orders of less than CAD 100 to Canada or the United States. These shipping arrangements however do not offer tracking. On other arrangements, such as X-press Post, Accelerated Post or DHL this option is available. 

    If no tracking number has been issued, you may still please contact us at latitudesdecor@gmail.com, and we will be happy to update you with the latest shipping details of your order. In your e-mail, please indicate the order number and date so your order can be properly located.

    To know how much the shipping will cost you, just put the selected items in the shopping cart and input your address.  You will be able to see the shipping fees before completing your order.  Your credit card will never be charged unless you complete the check-out process.


    • Returning an item

      Returning an item and obtaining a refund

    At Latitudes, we are eager to bring satisfaction of our customers starting with your shopping experience. If, by any error from Latitudes, you are not satisfied with your product, returns are possible up to 30 days after your purchase. We will be happy to receive it and refund your purchase price and initial shipping fees.

    Products purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund, in which case the purchase is considered final. On the other hand, refunds take place by the same payment method used by our customer.

    In order to return a product:

    • Please pack product carefully in its original packaging
    • Identify package with your name, address and reference number of the purchase

      You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your package, and the refund will be processed immediately by the same payment method used upon purchase.


      • An order arrives damaged or with missing items. What to do?

      If an order arrives damaged, or some items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible for insurance purposes.
