  • Tracking an order

Latitudes Décor offers a flat-rate CAD 8 on all orders of less than CAD 100 to Canada or the United States. Those shipping arrangements however do not offer tracking. On other arrangements, such as X-press Post or DHL this option is available. However, If no tracking order has been issued, you may still please contact us at latitudesdecor@gmail.com, and we will be happy to update you with the latest shipping details of your order. In your e-mail, please indicate order number and date so your order can be properly located.

 

  • Returning an item and obtaining a refund

At Latitudes, we are concerned about the satisfaction of our customers starting with your shopping experience. If, by any error from Latitudes, you are not satisfied with your product returns are possible up to 30 days after your purchase. We will be happy to receive it and refund your purchase price and initial shipping fees.

Cash refunds are not possible, and products purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund, in which case the purchase is considered final and definitive. On the other side, refunds take place by the same payment method used by our customer.

In order to return a product:

  • Please pack product carefully in its original packaging
  • Identify package with your name, address and reference number of the purchase

You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your package, and the refund will be processed immediately by the same payment method used upon purchase.

 

  • An order arrives damaged or with missing items. What to do?

If an order arrives damaged, or some items are missing, please contact us to the soonest at our e-mail latitudesdecor@gmail.com, and we will be happy to remedy the situation with no additional charges to you.                                                                                                    

  • Are Taxes and customs fees included?  
Taxes are not included in the displayed prices and are paid at checkout. They are calculated automatically depending on the current tax policy for your location. Unfortunately, Latitudes is not responsible for the customs treatment of any purchased article, or customs fees incurred.                                                                                                                                                                                                      
  • Forms of payment accepted?

Latitudes World Décor accepts on its website, payments by major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as payments by Paypal.

 

  • Canceling an order
