Batiked and painted by hand, this vertically-oriented batik cotton wall hanging features four creatures in vibrant Blue/Black/White colors.
The textiles are ornated with the porridge batik technique. The porridge is skillfully squeezed out from a tube to create the designs. After the drying process, the textiles are hand-painted, then the porridge is scraped and the textile is sewn into finished products.
