Batiked and painted by hand, this vertically-oriented batik cotton wall hanging features a fish and a turtle in vibrant Green/Yellow/Red colors.
The textiles are ornated with the porridge batik technique. The porridge is skillfully squeezed out from a tube to create the designs. After the drying process, the textiles are hand-painted, then the porridge is scraped and the textile is sewn into finished products.
